Friday

8:00 pm Adyashanti's Opening Satsang, Enter Into Silence
Satsang is aproximately 1.5 hours, followed by a 10 minute break and a 30 min meditation.

Saturday & Sunday

6am wake up call
6:20 - 6:50 meditation
6:50 - 8:00 breakfast
8:00 - 9:00 Saturday t'ai chi principles with Ed / Sunday meditation
9:10 - 10 Saturday meditation / Sunday yoga practice or walking meditation
10:10 - 11 meditation
11:10 - 12 meditation
12-2 lunch
2 - 2:50 meditaiton
3 - 3:50 meditation
4 - 4:50 meditation
5-7 dinner break
7pm satsang followed by 30 minute sit

Last Day

6am wake up bell
6:20 meditation
6:50 breakfast
8:00 - 8:50 meditation
9:00 satsang
30 min sit after satsang
closing circle
