Satsang is aproximately 1.5 hours, followed by a 10 minute break
and a 30 min meditation.

9am - 9:50 meditation
10am - 10:50 (sitting or walking meditation)
11am -11:50

2pm - meditation (20 minutes of Tonglen meditation)
3pm - meditation (sitting or walking meditation)
4pm - meditation
5:30 dinner
7:30pm satsang followed by 30 minute meditation
